program to capture video from game

guys maby u can tell what program is the best to capture video during the game when u play? Cose i have Frag program but when i capture with it game video after when i watch it i saw some colorfull lines like rainbow and don't know what to do how to fix it so maby u can suggest me anotherone program? thankyou
